| Posted: | | | | Maybe some code just needs to be updated, because this site has always had a favicon as long as I have been around: | | | If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

| Posted: | | | | Nope, not an old cache, you just assumed the wrong name. It isn't called 'favicon.ico', it is called 'SiteIcon.ico'. The code used, <link rel="SHORTCUT ICON" href="http://www.invelos.com/SiteIcon.ico" /> is, according to Wikipedia, compatible with Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera and Safari. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. | Posted: | | | | huh? Location bar has always been default on all the firefox versions I have had. And the favicon has been defaulted as on (automatic) as well. The only time I see tabs is when I have more then one tab open. The favicon shows on tabs but not on the location bar for me. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | I guess it was version 7 or 8 when Firefox changed the position of the tabs on top of the location-bar. And it was about version 10 or 11 when the favicon went away.
But I guess this only happened when doing a fresh Firefox-install and not when updating. | | | |

Hmm maybe they would be better off using the more common link rel="icon" then as it's obviously not working everywhere, or both if they want to worry about the 15% of IE users. Firefox 14.0.1 here btw |
