Fully agree with others that separate databases is the least useful solution. Using filters and saving them lets you select them really easy like this: Creating collection categories can get you something like this: Tags are not really useful for this purpose, because you would have to filter on tags instead of media type, so you wouldn't gain anything. That said, tags can be useful for a lot of other things. Creating separate databases are only useful for very special purposes. I actually created one in order to take the snapshot of collection categories, because I didn't want to show my own categories as well, as that would confuse the picture. But for normal use, I don't see any reason to create separate databases. If you need any help implementing either of the suggested solutions, please feel free to ask! |
