Just add the DVD to your DVDP library and you'll get the scans.  Won't be 300dpi or better, but it's a scan.

Most of the covers are not even 72dpi and can not read the back text.... or else I would of done that...

www.hirescovers.net has a nice selection of custom covers of consistently excellent quality.

Membership is required, but many of the custom covers are nicer than the originals, if you're into customizing your collection.
