I have a weird Problem. 2 of my covers are Red in the mini Frame Window. The really weird thing is after klicking on that red cover i could see the cover in the main frame. Could somebody tell me what i could do to get the normal Cover?

Open the drop-down on the top right corner of the thumbnail frame and select "Rebuild Thumbnails"

If that doesn't help, go to Tools->Options->Utilities->Repair Profile Database
