| Posted: | | | | Hi, Sorry if I am in wrong section / not clear, I am a new user and not used to forums.
I am running IOS 6.1.4 on iPhone 5. Recently a blank entry appeared in my 'Owned' collection. It is the 1st entry. Thumbnail is same as a DVD with no cover art, and it also has the blue circle with white arrow in the bottom left corner. When I click on the thumbnail, it takes me to a blank page. When I click on the arrow, it takes me into my collection again (If I keep clicking, I must press back several times to get to main screen). My PC does not show this, neither does my iPad. Currently my iPhone shows 1 movie more than the PC + iPad.
If anyone could please help in how I can delete this, I would be very grateful...
Thanks |

| Posted: | | | | This is a well-known error that comes from the Windows program (though I haven't seen it reported in a few years). You do the following: Open the Windows program Select File -> Backup database Backup the database. Select File -> Open Database -> New Database Create a new, empty DB (not a copy of the existing one!) Select File -> Restore Database Choose to restore Selected Profiles Select all but the empty (first) one. Restore Database Sync with mobile device HTH | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

HTH karsten, The original poster said that this wasn't shown on their PC, so does your advice still stand? | | | Paul |

The original poster said that this wasn't shown on their PC, so does your advice still stand? Yeah, back then it caused problems in the XML export and online collection but was never visible in the Windows program. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

HTH Thanks!!! This has worked perfectly, your assistance is much appreciated. It has also fixed another issue that I was having, which was causing an error to popup continually during backup. THANKS AGAIN!!!!! |
