I have a 12' wall in my basement man cave that I would like to line completely with DVD/Blu-ray storage.  The room has a typical 8' ceiling.  I have mounted my TV on the wall above the fireplace and have created a bar on the opposite wall from where I want to store my media.

I saw something on Houzz that had slide out floor to ceiling drawers that allowed you to access the shelving from either side.  That would be perfect, but there was absolutely no information about where this could be found.

I have roughly 6,000 discs and, of course, my collection grows.  What advice do you have (and please includes pictures and links if possible)?  I'd appreciate any recommendations.  Thanks!

Did you notice the several threads in this Forum that discuss exactly what you are asking? Might save some time if you take a look there first. Example here, and here and here (hope this doesn't cause a loop).
Thanks for your support.

First of all, brace yourself because storage isn't cheap.

A nice thing that comes to mind is Can-Am, those beauties cost ~1,20-1,50 USD per disc if you keep the cases.
I build something similar myself, see this very old thread, and I am happy to announce that they are still not completely full.
Wall-high would most likely up the ante even more. Pharmacies in Germany sometimes have storages that are kind of pull-out shelves, but you don't want to know what those things costs.
If you are a do-it-yourself-guy wardrobes where you build shelves in the back and on the inside of the doors(!) might be a way to go, see this thread

Here is the way one member of the HTF found to store his 6000+ video collection.

Or you could go the custom route.

Pullout cabinet. If you're from Europe, at least Hettich and Häfele should sell them (the mechanisms). If you want from floow to ceiling, just wheels under the cabinet and a track on the ceiling should do the job.
