| Posted: | | | | Hello,
I have a problem opening dvdprofiler. When I do that I Always get the screen 'Database repair options'. I give ok for that, but my db is about 6000 records, so it takes about 10 minutes to finish that. But what's even worse, when it's finished with repairing, normally it should open the database, but that doesn't happen. Nothing happens really.
Can somebody help me please?
Thank you very much. |

| Posted: | | | | This is a long shot, but when you're doing the database repair, are you doing a full repair or just a modified one? Make sure you're doing a full database repair and see if that works. Otherwise, I'd open a support ticket if no one else has any suggestions. | | | Lori |

| Posted: | | | | You can also try: Tools > Options > Online > Use Alternative Internet Connection Method. |

| Posted: | | | | If you have a backup, you also can open a new empty database, and restore there your backup. | | | Images from movies |

| Posted: | | | | Try opening DVDP while holding the CTRL key down and check the box "Do not load plugins" or one at a time the other check boxes, or combinations of the check boxes, until you find what is causing the problem. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |
